Tony & JanetConnie knows her market. She staged our house for the sale and was very skilled at negotiating the price and negotiating with the buyer and their agent to get us through the inspection, repairs, and the final settlement. She is excellent with the latest technologies which allowed us to sign documents online from out of state. She went the extra mile to make our experience as out-of-state sellers so much easier. Connie gets results and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home in her area.
