This saved time and frustration in having to lower the selling price is no interested buyers where looking. We had the home listed and received an offer the first day. When it came to buying our new house, there was no pressure to purchase a home that we did not want. Connie either met us at each house or sent a representative (on short notice calls), so show us the homes.
The biggest thing I can say is that Connie takes it all on, leaving very little for you to worry about. During this time, life can be very stressful, with Connie it was virtually stress free. I would call Connie up about something that needed to be done, and she always informed me that it was already taken care of.
I would recommend Connie to my friends and family as she is probably the most knowledgeable person I know about the real estate in Southern Maryland.
