Kim was amazing. We called to see one house and not only did she schedule a walk through immediately, but found 20-30 more similar houses within a day or two. She was incredibly knowledgeable about what we should be looking for during walk throughs, the different utilities that drive the home, and what we should avoid. She was not shy in saying that a house was a poor choice, rather than just trying to push anything because she wanted a commission. When we finally decided on a house, Kim had recommendations for inspectors and service technicians. She was great and getting all the paperwork to us and ensuring we had all our i’s dotted and t’s crossed. She was also great and getting back to us anytime we sent her a text, email, or phone call. Would definitely recommend her and Connie to anyone buying a home.pmetcalf82
