John & JackieWe had a difficult short sale. Connie was patient and willing at every step to make sure we understood where we were, what we needed to do, and explained the process well. She also followed through and helped us find a home to rent after the sale of our home. Connie was always professional, courteous, “real” about the circumstance, and available for questions. She was able to work with the other realtor to accomplish the sale through a long and at time tense negotiation with the mortgage company. She did a good job, and is even available for questions after the sale has been done.
