We were very particular about what we wanted since we did not plan on moving again for many years. My wife and I searched for a year to find the house we wanted to buy. Connie showed us houses almost every weekend and after work for many months. Connie knows the Southern Maryland housing market very well, having grown up here. If you are not sure what area you want to be in or what type of home you are looking to purchase, she can help narrow it down quickly and easily. Connie’s insight of the area was most helpful to us, especially since we were not from the East Coast . She went over the local shopping, dining, churches and many other additional places we would need to be aware of for a smooth transition. We have become better home purchasers with the knowledge she imparted to us on the home buying process. She told us all we needed to know about the local taxes and home values.
