I was most grateful for Connie’s expertise in negotiating with the buyer and his agent, keeping demands for repairs reasonable and manageable during the sale of a home I inherited. She is also very savvy about negotiating to get the best price when selling your property. She tells you what you need to do to get a house sold and helps you find ways to accomplish these tasks. She goes the extra mile. Actually, more than a few extra miles, coming to my rescue when I accidentally locked my car keys inside the house I was selling, letting me back in on a Sunday evening, so I could drive back to my home on the Eastern Shore. Also, she is experienced enough to understand the value of an older home, built in the 1950′s, even when everyone seems to want a house with bedrooms you can play soccer in. What’s with you people, seriously? She is a nice person and honest – two qualities sadly lacking among many with careers in real estate. Plus, she gets the job done and is pleasant throughout the process.
