— Chris & Rachel, St. Mary's Buyers & Sellers
We originally went with her because we were going to try and build in one of her neighborhoods. We ended up finding another neighborhood to live in and kept her as our agent. She was our agent for selling our old home as well as the agent for buying our new one. For selling our home, she was so kind and warm every time we met. She has an eye for details and made suggestions for staging the home that were in our budget (free) and practical. She had so much experience with selling homes her little changes she suggested made a huge difference and improvement to our home. She even hired a professional photographer to take the pictures of our home, which turned out amazing. Every time we needed her she was immediately available and would not only solve the problem or address the issue at hand, she would also make sure to ask us personally how we were doing or ask how the kids were doing.
For the buying of our new home, she came to every meeting and walk through (which I didn’t expect her to do). She was very helpful in the planning process, due to her vast experience with new construction. She knew the questions to ask, without her I would have been lost. When it was time for the final walk through of our new home, I was so overwhelmed with how beautiful the home was, she was able to focus me in on really looking for little items that needed some additional attention. She again had an eye for items that I was just walking past. She was always able to read me and my husband and knew when we were becoming frustrated or weren’t clear with any step of both of these life changing events, which in turn she would always quickly and kindly say whatever needed to be said to relieve, relax, and clarify for us.
Overall, Connie is an amazing realtor as well as an amazing person. She is so kind, warm, and real that I can’t imagine ever using anyone else. Hopefully we will never leave our new home, but I can assure you, if we do, she will be the first and only person we call to help us. Thank you so much Connie.
